almost there

i am so close to finishing these socks.. and i think i shall love them.
princess b is excited, because they are pink and she wants me to knit her a pair next...
i still have to figure out the picot cast off--can't seem to find one that doesn't involve sewing a flap down, or 3 needle bind-off type technique. we'll see.

had some fun with princess b. tonight. here she is cutting the hair of the little grass-guy craft she made at vacation bible school this year.

and she took a big nap this afternoon--i wish i knew that she was asleep, both kids were napping and i was blog surfing--could have been knitting!!!
but look at that face....
