hello...is there anybody out there??

so, i've added a site counter...because i saw one on someone else' blog...and wondered: Does anyone read this??
I have had some hits, and got excited. Then realized that they weren't real hits..or so I thought.
With some modifications..I have now realized there are people out there!
Hello! Are you there?
I know that some have found me through the Olympics KAL or the Sockapaloooza KAL.
Just wanted you to know that I know you're there, and you know you're here, so why don't you leave a footprint:

Let me know that you are here!!
I would welcome any comments at all....
thanks
p.s. I actually hope to have some real knitting progress reports soon...

Ann-Marie, I'm out here. I just started a blog last month, and I often wonder about the folks who visit mine (most of whom don't leave comments either). I'm taking a short break from Olympic knitting to see if anyone else is posting about their's. Apparently everybody else is too busy knitting!

Oop! Sorry, now I've posted twice (this makes three times). I was confused by the comment moderation.

Annypurls was here! Love the great treat your Valentine got for you. Plus it's red! Did you leave any hints? How did that happen? I don't think my DH even knows there is such a thing as a ball winder. LOL!

re: the ball winder.
i was hinting that he could make me one (there is a site that has a lego ball winder..he stil has his leggo from childhood and doesn't want to get rid of it..it was a way to make it "useful".
he actually went to a knitting store himself and asked for one. the LYS is a small store so she had two that she had never used. it's old, but it's new to me!!!
